我怎样跟踪我的订单
您的订单发出后, 您将在您的订单详情里查看到物流方式和跟踪单号, 您也会收到一封包含物流信息的确认发货邮件.

订单处理的时间
由于安防产品的特殊性, 我们会在发货之前测试所有货物, 所以订单确认后会在2-3内发出, 在此给您带来的时间耽误我们深表歉意.
批量订单, 根据货物量我们会在一周左右的时间内发出

What's the satus of my order
Check the status of your order by visiting your Myaccount / Order Status . This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your order.
When you click on My Account, you will be prompted to sign in with your userid and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders.

How do i cancel my order
You can only cancel unpaid order, If you have already paid an order and wish to cancel the order or add an additional item, you need to contact us to cancel your initial order and place a new order.

Shipping Method

How do i track my order
If your order has been shipped via DHL, Fedex, EMS you may track it using links provided in your order detail or email to you.
If your order has been in transit or production for longer than the stated transit or production time feel free to Contact Us for further assistance.

When will my order ship
we will send the item within 2 to 3 business days
Bulk orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to be shipped.
